Delete your Clone App account

This page explains how to delete the account you use in Clone App: Dual Accounts (com.ytsoft.cloneapp), developed by YT Soft.

Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open Clone App and sign in with Google.
2. Tap the profile icon to open User Center.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion on the web

If you no longer have the app, enter the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your Firebase user ID, name, email address and profile photo link
• Points balance, check-in streak, task progress and pending rewards
• Temporary VIP end date earned with points
• Your Google sign-in account for Clone App

Data that is kept

• Data stored only on your device (clones, private album, notes) stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Google Play purchase records are kept by Google and are not deleted by us; cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
• Staff audit log entries about your account are anonymised and kept for up to 1 year for security.
